grow2be sessions take place via Zoom in the comfort of your home or office - a safe space where you can show up as you are and focus entirely on your work and progress.

After the discovery call, you'll let me know (either immediately or via email at veronika@grow2be.com) if you'd like to work with me and which program you'd like to start with. You'll receive an invoice with terms & conditions and the weekly curriculum. Once payment is received, we'll schedule our first session. You'll then receive the grow2be Starting Point Questionnaire to complete in preparation. We'll begin by reviewing your responses and working on topics specific to your current situation and challenges.

This questionnaire helps you and your grow2be Coach & Consultant understand how you think, process, decide and create - and what you need to build successfully on your terms. Your responses shape how we begin our work together.

Sensitivity & Intuition Assessment is a free guided reflection tool that helps you explore your uniqueness across four areas: your sensory experience, emotional landscape, intuitive process and creative expression. It invites you to notice how your mind, emotions, intuition and creativity naturally work together in business and life and where you may be forcing yourself to act against your true nature.

Each grow2be program builds on the previous one - deepening the work, strengthening our relationship, and giving your progress the time and space it needs to become lasting. Sustainable success is rarely built in six weeks - but six weeks done well makes three months possible, and three months done well makes six months transformational.

I can't guarantee specific outcomes because your journey is uniquely yours. What I can say with confidence is that six months of focused, committed work leaves a mark that doesn't disappear. It produces results you'll feel and measure - in how you make decisions, how you show up, how you price your work, and how clearly you see your way forward. You'll be building a business & life that fits who you are - not who the world told you to be. And you'll know it.

Yes. Each program has a different scope, depth and timeline, designed with your progress and outcomes in mind. Working one-on-one also gives us the opportunity to adapt the pace when necessary. Just as you are creating a life and work environment that best fits you, the grow2be method and programs grow with you - at your pace and on your terms.

Minimum of 1 hour in addition to our 1:1 session. Ideally, you'd have 2 more hours available for recap of each session, implementing your insights and realizations and follow through on agreed steps, as well as for the reflection on your progress.

That said, you are the one who determines your pace, process, and progress. I am here to support you and your work in the best possible way.

For the longer-term programs (Business Essentials, 3-month, and 6-month signature programs), I suggest meeting once a week or every ten days, depending on our availability and your preferred pace.

Each session can be recorded for your review and reference. After every session, you'll receive a recap email with clear action steps for the time between sessions. For detailed information about weekly support and tools, please see the curriculum for each program.

Each program includes specific tools and materials detailed in the weekly curriculum. You'll also receive the grow2be Starting Point Questionnaire at the beginning of your grow2be journey as well as session recordings upon request and session recap emails.

Yes, I offer support between sessions:

• Business Essentials: 1 SOS/emergency call during the program

• Growth Journey Start: 2 SOS/emergency calls

• Transformational Deep Dive: 4 SOS/emergency calls

All SOS calls take 20 minutes and are subject to availability. You can also send me one email per week, and I'll respond within 24 hours.

I offer a flexible payment plan designed to make you feel secure in your decision.

For Business Essentials: Pay a €400 deposit to begin. After our first kick-off session and its recap, you have 48 hours to decide whether to continue and pay the remainder.

For 3 & 6-month signature programs: Pay a €800 deposit to begin. After our 2-hour kick-off session and its recap, you have 72 hours to decide whether to continue and pay the remainder.

Once you commit to any of the programs, you can pay the balance either in full or in monthly installments:
3-month: €3160 full payment or €1100 x 3 monthly
6-month: €6490 full payment or €1100 x 6 monthly

Other Important Details:

• Payment is via bank transfer, with sessions beginning once funds are received.

• If either of us decides to discontinue for any reason, 14 days' notice is required for professional closure.

• Refunds for unused sessions are available.

• Beyond the discovery call, I don't offer free sessions, but you can purchase single audit or strategy sessions before committing to longer programs.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or don't show up, you'll be charged the full session fee.

In genuine cases of illness or emergency, we'll reschedule our session free of charge. This is different from the 24-hour cancellation policy, which applies to regular rescheduling requests.
