Hi, I'm Veronika, your grow2be Business Coach & Consultant
Passionate about enabling misfits, I believe that uniqueness is the key to meaningful work and reciprocal, mutually beneficial relationships.
As an artistic soul - a poet, pianist, and writer - with an ambition to succeed in the business world, I never felt I fit in. I was either too sensitive or too strong. Too loud or too quiet. But mostly different and not well adjusted.
Until I realized there's no point in wearing shoes that don't fit, and no fulfillment or success can be achieved by following others' paths. This is where my growth journey started. The experience and insights are woven into the grow2be method and my mission to help you build with your sensitivity & intuition as your greatest assets.

For too long sensitivity has been seen as a flaw and not as the strength it truly is. It might be that stones are stronger than plants and can destroy them, but only plants can grow (anew) and blossom beautifully.
There are times when resistance and unbreakable boundaries are needed, and times when embracing all the emotions and sensations to relate to others are appropriate. The goal is not to deny, suppress, or dissociate - or to become untouchable - but to become aware and to discern when to reveal your sensitivity and when to keep it hidden, as your strongest, secret supporter.

1982: THE ARTIST AWAKENS
Piano school, writing & singing
At eight years old, I discovered my first love - the black and white keyboard that became my trusted companion. The piano taught me the language of emotion and expression, a conversation between notes and silence that continues today. Writing is my sanctuary, a place to capture my thoughts that are created before logic kicks in. Though I once sang in choirs, now I perform only for myself, my soul harmonizing with every tone.
1993: THE PRAGMATIC TURN
Languages & International Economics
Convinced that artistry couldn't sustain me, I channeled my creativity into languages and international economics. My diplomatic dreams faltered at the gates of Vienna's Diplomatic Academy, but my passion for global relations never dimmed. This education gave me structure, deepened my analytical skills, and created a worldview that transcends borders - tools that would later become essential to my work with sensitive & intuitive professionals.
2009: THE CHALLENGER'S PATH
From Slovenia to Germany & beyond
Leaving my beautiful Slovenia, I stepped into the unknown, seeking expansion but finding Bavarian conservatism instead. Through divorce and countless challenges, I remained - not because it was easy, but because each obstacle offered a lesson. The longer I stayed in circumstances that seemed to oppose my nature, the more I understood about resilience and the power of sensitivity & intuition in harsh environments.
2019: THE BIRTH OF grow2be
Surrender, Transformation & Purpose
After years of trying to change the world around me, I finally surrendered to the most powerful truth: the only sustainable transformation begins within. From this realization, grow2be emerged - born from my own journey through doubt, magical thinking, and painful growth into who I am. Even in my darkest moments, something kept me moving forward, an intuitive knowing that the light existed beyond the tunnel. It's that same intuitive knowing I now help others rediscover - the understanding that your sensitivity & intuition aren’t flaws to fix, but your gifts to embrace & share, and that changing the world truly begins with remembering who you are.
